Candie

Candie Joyner began her academic journey at the University of New Mexico and Amarillo College, where she earned her Associate’s Degree in Dental Hygiene. Her passion for learning and professional growth led her to continue her education at Valdosta State University, where she completed both a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. During her graduate studies, Candie was honored with the Outstanding Graduate Student Award, recognizing her academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to her field.

Candie brings a strong foundation in both clinical dental hygiene and public administration, allowing her to approach her work with a unique blend of hands-on expertise and strategic insight.

She is married to Marc, and together they have two daughters and two granddaughters who bring great joy to their lives. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Candie enjoys spending quality time with her family, listening to music, swimming, and reading. Her dedication to lifelong learning and meaningful relationships reflects both her personal values and her professional philosophy.
